小森コーポレーションは、2019年の春、日本での Impremia NS40 のフィールドテストの開始を計画しています。同社はこのマシンを Drupa 2016 で発表していました。
Komori is planning to start field testing its Impremia NS40 nanographic press in Japan in Spring 2019, having previously shown this press at Drupa 2016.
Komori is getting ready to start beta testing its Impremia NS40 nano graphic press.
小森は Landa がナノグラフィ印刷機に使用するシャーシを供給しています。その代わりに、小森は Landa 社のコアナノグラフィックプリンティングシステムのライセンスを受け、独自のナノグラフィック印刷機を開発しています。ナノグラフィックプロセスは、インクがメディアに転写される前に、水を蒸発させる加熱ベルトに水性インクを噴射するためにインクジェットを使用しています。
Komori supplies the chassis that Landa uses for its nanographic presses, and in turn Komori licenses the core nanographic printing system from Landa to create its own nanographic presses. The nanographic process uses inkjet to jet water-based inks to a heated belt, where the water is evaporated, before the remaining ink is applied to the substrate.
Impremia NS40は、最大 750 x 1050 mm シートを扱える 40インチ B1 印刷機です。最大 6,500 sph まで印刷できます。現在は、CMYKで印刷していますが、小森によｔれば、今後はオレンジ、グリーン、ブルーのオプションとインラインコーティングを提供する予定とのことです。最大解像度は1200 x 1200 dpiです。小森は、独自の制御技術を含め、この2年間、この印刷機を開発してきました。
The Impremia NS40 is a 40ins B1 press that takes sheets up to 750 x 1050 mm. It can print up to 6,500 sph. Currently it prints in CMYK though Komori has said that it plans to offer Orange, Green and Blue options in the future, as well as inline coating. It’s maximum resolution is 1200 x 1200 dpi. Komori has spent the last two years developing this press itself, including its own unique control technologies.
小森によれば、日本に続いて、他の国でのさらなるフィールドテストが行われ、2019年末から商業的なローンチの見込みとのことです。
Komori has said that this will be followed by further field tests in other countries, with the press expected to be commercially available in from the end of 2019.
一方、Landa は昨年の夏、イスラエルの Graphica Bezalel に S10 で紙器をプリントする用途でインストールしてベータテストを開始しています。
Meanwhile, Landa started its beta testing last summer, installing an S10 carton press at Graphica Bezalel in Israel.
