TKP Garden City PREMIUM Kyobashi:
5-minute walk from JR Tokyo Station; directly above Kyobashi Station on the Ginza Line(Access map)
Date and time:
19 October (Mon): Doors open at 9.00; presentations begin at 10.00
5.30 pm: Move to the networking venue; networking event begins at 6.00 pm
20 October (Tue): Doors open at 9.00 am; presentations begin at 10.00 am; pack-up begins at 4.00 pm
1. Exhibitor staff (without networking event): Free of charge for an unlimited number of attendees
2. General public (without networking event): 5,000 yen (including tax) Please present your business card and pay 5,000 yen in cash at the reception desk
3. General public and exhibitor staff (with networking event): 16,500 yen (including tax) Advance registration only – walk-ins not permitted
