JITF2026:General Information

We are pleased to announce the outline for this year’s JITF2026. While this is still a preliminary outline and details will be finalised later, we are providing this information at this stage.

1. This year’s event will be extended by one day to a three-day format (two days + one day), organised into two sessions.

1) 19 & 20 October (Mon & Tue): JITF2026 – For everyone involved in industrial inkjet!
2) 21 October (Wed): High Viscosity Projects Forum – A premium event dedicated to high-viscosity projects

1) Halls 22A + 22B provide approximately double the floor space of previous venues. Theoretically, 100 tables (currently 50+) could be accommodated, but to allow ample space, we are targeting 70 tables.
2) The additional space will be utilised as ‘rest areas’, ‘business meeting spaces’, and ‘presentation spaces (*)’.
3) The lecture venues will be Hall 22D and Hall 22C, located opposite the central shared space. 4) Furthermore, Conference Rooms 22E and 22F can also be used as ‘lecture venues’, ‘business meeting spaces’, ‘luggage storage areas’, etc.
4) Lecture Format: Rather than the previous format of ‘equal time per company across three tracks’, we propose: ‘Company introduction presentations in the exhibition hall’s presentation area (10-15 minutes per company)’ and ‘Keynote speeches, invited lectures, and company technical presentations in the lecture halls (approximately 40 minutes)’.

2. High Viscosity Forum: This will be a premium event to swiftly capture high-viscosity projects emerging in Europe.

0) The venue will be the collaborative co-working space ‘Incubation CANVAS tokyo’ (located in the same building as artience).

1) We expect related companies to exhibit, focusing on the latest trends in ‘high-viscosity liquids’ such as 3D printing, coating, and electronic components.

2) For companies continuing to exhibit from JITF, additional exhibition fees will be kept to a minimum.

3) We aim to keep visitor participation fees low to encourage broad attendance. In contrast to JITF, this will be a premium event targeting visitors who feel, ‘I’d definitely like to attend, even if it’s a bit pricey.’

Whilst exhibition costs may increase compared to last year due to the expansion of premium venues and spaces, we guarantee the same price as last year for companies entering by 17 April (Early Bird benefit).
